By downloading, installing, or using FastFlow AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FastFlow AI is an intermittent fasting, hydration tracking, calorie tracking, and weight management application. The App provides AI-powered coaching, fasting timers, water intake tracking, food scanning, and health score features.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Includes basic features with limited AI messages (3/day), limited calorie scans (2/day), two fasting protocols (16:8, 18:6), and advertisements.
- Premium Tier: Includes unlimited AI messages and calorie scans, all five fasting protocols, no advertisements, weight trends, and streak jokers. Available as weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Health Disclaimer
FastFlow AI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
- The App provides general wellness information and tracking tools only.
- AI coaching advice is for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.
- Consult your healthcare provider before starting any fasting program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
- Intermittent fasting is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals with eating disorders.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the AI coach for purposes other than health and nutrition guidance
- Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the App
- Take responsibility for your own health decisions while using the App
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FastFlow AI are owned by Lit Publishing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lit Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
